How easy would this be with Photoshop or whatever they use to do this?

Remember you don’t have to have Photoshop to do these things though, there are freeware programs out such as Gimp which work just as well if not better and won’t cost you a dime.

It is absolutely easy. Use the magic wand tool to cut your picture and then paste in front of the New York Skyline.
