Here are a few short Adobe Photoshop tutorials.

The first of these Photoshop tutorials tells you how to edit several layers of text at one time. This will prevent the nasty problem of ending up with layers of text on top of layers of text.

You could have identical text but varying style sets. You can also use this if you ever have to edit the text layer. With this tip you can edit all layers at the same time.

The first step is to open the Photoshop Layers palette, select one of the layers, then hit control + click on the next layer to select it at the same time. You can do this with several text layers.

The tutorial emphasizes that you must click not on the icon but on the words. The next step is to grab the Photoshop type tool, then select the text and edit it. Your changes will affect every layer you have chosen. To apply all changes use the shift key when you make the changes.

Another of the Photoshop tutorials is about improving the programs performance by enlarging tiles. All you need is at least one gig of RAM.

When you are performing Photoshop functions such as opening, running filter or effects or saving, the applications breaks the image into tiles, processing them one at a time, conserving the use of memory.

What happens because of this is your computer has to frequently read and write to the scratch disk or the RAM. If your computer’s RAM is adequate your tiles can be processed at a size that is larger. This will reduce the times the computer has to do the reading and writing. The result is improved performance.

The process, according to Photoshop tutorials, is to close the Photoshop program and then open Internet Explorer in Windows. Next navigate to drive C and the Adobe Photoshop Plug in extension program that says ~Bigger Tiles 8BX.

You should rename the file to Bigger Tiles 8BX. You then simply restart Photoshop.

Photoshop tutorials help you with your black and white photos as well. One tip offered is about the conversion of a color image to black and white by using the channel mixer.

What you should do is open the image you’re trying to convert, and then go to the Photoshop menu, to Image and then to Adjustments, and then finally to Channel Mixer.

Here you check monochrome at the bottom or your dialog. This may be all it takes to make the right black and white look. If the result isn’t perfect you can tweak it by making small adjustments to your program’s color channel.

The effect is much better than using the standard Photoshop desaturate process.

Another of the Photoshop tutorials offers precision editing tips. />

To convert your layer styles in Photoshop into layers, thus providing even more style opportunities, all you need to do is open your Layers palette, select your layer and right click on the styles icon. Now select the create layers option. It’s that simple.

    Most underrated NBA players?
I just want to know who you guys think ar ethe most udnerrated and overrated NBA players currently. Heres my list

    Underrated
    5. Danny Granger – hes so talented, and knows how to shoot lights out. Love this guy, no respect tho

    4. Thaddeus Young – He gets no respect, and most people never even heard of him. But he is tremendous at getting to the rim, excellent mid range game, and nice at rebounding. He will be a star soon.

    3. Andre Iguodala – I watch this man play a lot…and let me tell you, he has Lebron, Kobe, and Wade like abilities….he is a pure beast

    2. Manu Ginobli and David West – I couldnt decide who I wanted at 2, and I already have my 1, so its a tie. Both are so good, but are so not appreciated. David West has an elite inside game, and is a rebounding machine. Ginobli is capable of winning MVP as a 6th man…enough said

    1. Joe Johnson – every year, hes my number one underrated player – he is so good at shooting, hard working, quiet, and focused. He is a monster, but no one puts him up there as being great

    Overrated
    5. Andrew Bynum – had one great season, but hasnt done anything since. I would not say he is bad, but I see no improvement over the years
    4. Tracy Mcgrady – never can play a full season, and cant take his team to a championship
    3. Monta Ellis – I have seen this guy play a lot. and really I see no pure skill besides speed and driving. He doesnt have a great shot, or great pg abilities
    2. Shaq – no need for an explanation…..was once amazing, but needs to just retire
    1. Elton Brand – omg, this guy is such a flop and a joke. He can’t get any rebounds any more for the sixers, and cant make simple shots off of post moves…my god hes so overhyped

I agree that Bynum has become overrated these past 2 years, but you haven’t noticed that he was averaging over 21ppg, 12rpg, 2bpg this year with Pau out? Now, obviously those numbers are going down with Pau back in, but still those are very good numbers. And a big improvement from the 14ppg, 8rpg he was averaging last year and the year before.

Daniel Gibson – Mr. Unknown, he is LIGHTS OUT from 3. He was in the 3-point challenge in 2008 and he finished in the top 3. He has been my favorite player since he came in to the league in 2006. No one knows who he is because for 2 years he has been backup for Mo Williams in Cleveland.

On December 10th, he had his jersey #22 retired by his high school, when he averaged 25.5 PPG!
    He currently has a 42% 3PT Percentage.

    1. Gerald Wallace: At 6-7 220 pounds he is the league-leading rebounder at 12.3 per game. I don’t know how any of you have not mentioned him. He plays defense, he gets blocks, he can fly through the roof, and he can get to the rim like few others. He sacrifices himself reckelssly all over the court, and sometimes, his style can lead to some injuries and freak accidents. He is the NBA’s best kept secret.

    2. Jeff Green – He is not mentioned as much as Durant or even Westbrook in OKC’s success this season. To me, he is the backbone of the Thunder. He has averaged 15 and 6 t

5.) Brandon Roy- kid got game to bad he is stuck in Portland waiting on Mr.#1 to get healed up every year.
4.) Shannon Brown- I would love to see what this kid could do as a starter or on any other team he is kinda like Trevor Ariza a diamond in the rough before he got to the Lakers to get real instruction and now look a T-Riz he is fitting nicely on the Rockets. I think given the chance to play more than 15 mins a game Brown might knock some socks off of people.
3.) Kevin Durrant- Another kid with game on a team and in a city destined to be mediocre.
2.) Andre Iguodala- I agree he is a pore beast enough said people need to take off the Kobe and Lebron, Laker, Celtic, Magic, and Cav colored glasses and start noticing guys out there do it day in day out.
1.) Joe Johnson- again a I agree I would take this guy any day of the week and build a team around great work ethic and haven’t heard a thing negative said about the guy.

    OVERRATED-
5.) Steve Nash- could someone send this gut back to Canada already. I am sure there is room on their national soccer team for him. He has game but I hate that people on the radio and espn even try to mention his name in the same breath as Magic and Stockton.
4.) Boron Davis- The savior of the Clippers has done nothing for the team since he got there. With all the talent on paper that team had last year to not even make the playoffs is despicable.
3.) Shaq I agree at one time he was a force in the NBA now he is an anchor that makes teams sink further than they should.
2.) Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter- the high flying cousins with loads of talent haven’t been able to take either of their teams anywhere close to a Conference Final forget a Championship.
1.) Lebron James- Until he wins a championship he will remain the most ever hyped overrated player of all time talking about Witnessing greatness the most I have witnessed is poor sportsmanship from a guy who walked off the court not to shake the hands of the men that just put him through the battle of his life last year. The man is still acting like a boy and people are saying he is the next best thing to hit the NBA since Jordan far from it. This man has more apologist than Tiger Woods and that man has at least one a championship or two in his day.
