I have Adobe photoshop Album starter addition 3.2 but I would like to upgrade. Whats the difference between them please?
They have more options of course, but want you want to do is highly illegal. Get GIMP instead:

You can get Gimp it is a it`s a very good photo editor it is just has good has photoshop and it is free photoshop is not free. If you use photoshop without paying for it you can get in a lot of trouble. You can get gimp here.
