How can I edit Fallout 3 Textures on Photoshop ?

How do I find the textures to open in cs5 Photoshop, where do I save them, and how do I load them onto models and meshes in the game. I have fallout 3 game of the year edition installed, I have Photoshop cs5, I have the garden of Eden creation kit and fallout 3 mod manager. So simply how do I mod the current textures?
Find them – look in the installation directory for the game (C:\Program Files\ whatever ), look for image files (like jpeg, tiff, gif, png, bmp, or whatever) then open them with photoshop, edit them as you see fit, then save them in the same location with the same file name and format as they were previously.
In case you make a mess of it, I’d keep copies of any files you are going to alter so you can put them back later if necessary.
Sorry but I have no idea how you would load them onto models and meshes within the game itself.
