What is the best photoshop/or options to start with to colouring my manga drawings digitally?

Hi I have been drawing a few years now and would like to dabble in colouring my manga drawings.I have looked at the adobe photoshop website and I am really confused.... I am also looking for any extra information and prices in Australia. Thanks Amanda. (^*^)
Adobe Illustrator is best for Manga type vector illustrations.
Get yourself a nice Wacom tablet as well.
Photoshop is not good for this type of illustrating, will end up too painterly.
